We are specialists in live cooking, you are there as we cook - you experience the smells, the colours, the flair, the excitement.

OOH LA LA is also more than happy to provide a more traditional style of dining experience, we have twenty years experience to fall back on so there is little we cannot achieve on your behalf.

This not only provides you with the freshest, beautifully cooked food but also a centre piece spectacle for your event.

We also produce stunning canapés, side dishes and desserts to accompany what is not only a stunning visual display but also a fantastic gastronomic treat.



 

WOK


We cook wok food from all over the Far East, North and West Africa, Pacific Rim and the West Indies. It’s such a lovely change from what you might expect at a catered event and there is always something there that everyone will enjoy.

PAN


We all use them! But at OOH LA LA we know how to use them.

Imagine the smells, the sounds, the spectacle of our chefs cooking a Beef Stroganoff as you watch, or the anticipation as you and your guests see the Paella slowly cooking as you eat your Tapas.

Canapés


We have a list of canapés 300 strong and growing, from the traditional to the unusual there is something there for everyone, you can mix it up however you like.

They taste fantastic and are always beautifully presented.



Dessert


To some pudding is king and we love pudding at
OOH LA LA. Our desserts are the best.

Yes! They really are and our chocolate dessert menu is well...

...you’ll just have to try it won’t you?!






WOK banquet night

Canapés | a selection of Sushi, spiced coconut Chicken in a cucumber cup, ceviche of Tuna on Japanese radish with pickled ginger, smoked Salmon on brioche toast with strawberry and mint salsa, tiny Beef sate with peanut sauce.

Main course wok cooked

Gaeng massaman gai (Chicken massaman curry)

Gaeng liang (Southern Thai vegetable curry)

Khao (Sticky rice with peas and coriander)

Kumara (Baked squashes with roasted red peppers and tomatoes)

Mixed oriental leaves with sesame seed dressing.

Dessert
Carpaccio of fresh Pineapple drizzled in Chilli and Mint syrup with Vanilla Ice Cream.

 






Pan food banquet

When we do Spanish we do Tapas instead of canapés.

Tapas | Spanish tortilla, roasted Peppers in olive oil, beautiful olives, little Mackerel fillets, pan fried Chorizo, bean casserole, breads and olive oil.

Main course pan cooked

Paella | Rice with beautiful meat, gorgeous sea food and the extravagance of Saffron.

Oh! We do love how paella loves sea food!

Beautiful tomato and basil salad wonderful green salad, with asparagus and avocado.

Dessert
Bitter Chocolate and Tia Maria mousse.
